Jordan Brand revs up Luka Doncic's game against Mavericks with a ruthless message

A new Jordan Brand advertisement features new Los Angeles Lakers superstar Luka Dončić officially moving on from his Dallas Mavericks days.

The ad shows Dončić (or an actor playing Dončić) swapping out a Texas "77" license plate on a purple-and-gold sports car for a California "77" one.

The song "All My Ex’s Live in Texas" by George Strait plays in the background, tying it all together beautifully.

Dončić was set to face his old team on Tuesday night as it visited Los Angeles, and this pretty perfect Jordan Brand ad set the tone for a quick homecoming of sorts for Dončić.

The caption at the end of the ad summed it all up well as the engine revs up: "Full tank. No mercy."
