Why Travis Hunter's father was allowed to attend 2025 NFL Draft during probation

Travis Hunter may hear his name called very early on Thursday night at the 2025 NFL Draft as one of the top prospects available.

And he'll have his father, Travis Sr., there with him.

That's particularly special because Travis Hunter Sr. is serving probation after he was arrested in 2023 in relation to drug and gun charges. He's been serving probation for three years which included a travel restriction, but he was given an exception on that restriction to attend the draft in person with his son in Green Bay (Hunter Sr. wasn't at the Heisman Trophy ceremony).

So it'll be quite a night for the whole Hunter family.
