Ohio State QB Cardale Jones apologizes for tweet saying 'classes are pointless'
Two years ago, Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones sent out a tweet saying classes were pointless for football players. On Thursday, he walked that claim back.
The Ohio State red-shirt sophomore started the season as a third-stringer, but finished as the starter and won a national championship with the Buckeyes. Back when he tweeted the above tweet, he was suspended for one game and briefly deleted his Twitter.
He appears to have grown up though, and is doing his best to convince everyone that school is the best.
He also let people know he was done hearing the joke.
